SAM designs, deploys, and manages bespoke AI systems, including AI agents, automated workflows, knowledge and retrieval systems, consulting audits, and ongoing managed services. This website presents those offerings and provides a way to begin a conversation. It is not itself an offer of a fixed contract.
Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work that defines scope, deliverables, pricing, timeline, and terms specific to that project. Where those documents conflict with these website terms, the signed engagement documents control.
Fees, schedules, and terms for any engagement are set out in the applicable invoice or statement of work. Consulting and audit fees may credit toward a subsequent build as described at the time of engagement.
This website is provided "as is" for informational purposes. Outcomes described are illustrative and not a guarantee of results. Warranties for delivered work, if any, are those stated in the applicable engagement agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability for paid engagements is limited as set out in the applicable engagement agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
